In April, I (Sam) took a trip to Becket, Massachusetts to continue with my Macrobiotic studies. After spending a week in Massachusetts, I flew to Vancouver where I spent two weeks with family and friends. In between, I took a short trip to Seattle with our friends Veronica, Cathy and Mandy, to visit our other friends who live there - Roberto, Jenny and our God daughter Sabrina. It was a great time to visit, because Sabrina was performing in her first school play called "The Little Red Hen" and it was also her 5th birthday. The play was really cute and Sabrina did a great job (she wasn't shy at all). It was wonderful to see how much she has grown and changed since the last time we saw her.
After the play, we returned to Roberto and Jenny's home to have cake and celebrate Sabrina's birthday. For Sabrina's birthday, Roberto and Jenny are taking her to Disneyland in May and she is so excited. She is looking forward to meeting all the Disney characters, especially Princess Bella from Beauty and the Beast (her favourite princess). It was a wonderful weekend in Seattle and it was great spending time with friends and Sabrina.
